Island Lifestyle Importers was founded by Rick Louis and Ryan Frailing in 2009.Born out of a passion for cigars and the cigar lifestyle, their vision was to create truly premium cigars along with high quality cigar accessories complimentary to their lifestyle. Products such as humidors, travel cases, cigar cutters, lighters and ashtrays to name only a few.
Today, Island Lifestyle Importers is the exclusive designer, manufacturer and distributor of Tommy Bahama Luxury Cigar Accessories to Tommy Bahama Group’s retail stores and e-commerce worldwide. For years Tommy Bahama has featured and glorified the lifestyle of the cigar culture with their panel-back Camp shirts and T-shirts featuring whimsical cigar themes and characters. This lifestyle apparel has become favorite dress among cigar enthusiasts. Working with Island Lifestyle Importers over the last six years, Tommy Bahama has become a major brand of and retailer in the world of high-end quality cigar accessories. The success of the Tommy Bahama “Cigarware” product line speaks to the relevant design and intense scrutiny to quality details in the manufacturing process.

In 2015 Island Lifestyle Importers acquired the licensing and marketing rights for Tommy Bahama Cigar Accessories.Now this ever-growing line of accessories previously available only through Tommy Bahama is available through Authorized Tommy Bahama Luxury Cigar Accessories dealers throughout the country. Island Lifestyle Importers is working with a select number of top-tier retail tobacconists to establish a national network of dealers.
While Island Lifestyle Importers continues to design accessories that are new, unique, stylish and completely functional for today’s cigar connoisseur, they have also introduced two new cigar lines into the marketplace. Premiering at the 2016 IPCPR trade Show were the Island Lifestyle and Island Club lines of cigars. Each boutique line includes a Connecticut, Sun Grown and Maduro blend in all the traditional sizes. These cigars are hand-crafted from the finest aged tobaccos of Nicaragua and Connecticut. Using Cuban seed filler and binder grown in the most fertile regions of Nicaragua, they provide a full flavor experience ranging from smooth and creamy to rich and spicy.
